yayah.. one of my sec sch good frens, yaling asked me out for lunch!! yeahyeah great to see her again, we'll tons to catch up with each other... we meet only a few times in year.. june dec holidays and on our birthday periods!! quite hard to yue her out also, we are not staying near each other and now she is studying at acjc...

we went to jack's place for lunch... initially we wanted to order the student's set meals.. which costs only $7.50 inclusive of gst service charge... and there are 4 dishes to choose from. considering the pirce it is not bad right?

1) chicken mushroom baked rice.... woah..the name gives the illusion that it will taste like some NYDC's or swensen's baked rice. but i was wrong. i tried before.. and it tasted very much like some fried rice la!! there is very little cheese. however one good thing is that, it is quite filling.

2) round piece of steak plus egg... like burger.. but i didnt try before...

3) pepper fish pasta. WOAH.. this tastes great.. but the serving is just enough for primary sch kids? but the grilled fish plus the sauce is really delicious.

4) chicken cutlet with fries. this is worth the money. they give quite a generous piece of chicken plus fries.. but it is deep fried, and i dun wan my sore throat to get worse...

so..we decided to have the set lunch. fri set meals are grilled chicken in honeyed teriyaki sauce or fish and chips. haha yaling had the fish and i took the chicken. not too bad la.. though the chicken was relatively small.. but lots of fries. the corn soup was thick and not watery....so sad. the dessert wasnt the mango ice-cream i had the other time. it was just half of a peach with strawberry sauce. pathetic!!!!!!

after that, we went shopping..i wanted to go far east but it was kinda far [we were at heeren] so yaling suggested we can shop at tangs then followed by wisma. good choice. i managed to get a green blouse from seeds at tangs. hahaha.. good thing is i dun have a green blouse and i found MY SIZE! so.. yep i bought it.

we carried on shopping for more clothes. and at wisma fila was having sales. [ all right almost all the shops are having sales!!] but there were many pple in the store and there was this messy pile of clothes. i took a close look and realised it was 'buy 2 get 1 free' tops... prices are reasonable too..

yaling wanted to get this tank top, but after after long long hesitation, she decided to put it back onto the shelves!!! arhhh... why???

ok that is the tone of my alarm. time to meet huimin and thiamkee. we were going to dunman high concert. nvm luckily it was just 6 bucks. thanks xinyi!!

ya. DHS band improved alot.. and i think they played quite well... but all the pieces are concertos [ there are piccolo concerto, 2 eupho's, 2 sax's including the encore pieces...tbone also have..] ... or some orchestra pieces like symphony no. 3.... arhh.. yeayeah they have good individuals.. bet all these will either go VJ or TJ...

after listening to them, i feel that tkgssb has really deproved. sighsigh. with our standard now.. maybe we are nowhere near the gwh. or maybe not because we are lousy, the other bands are just getting better. jiayou juniors.. hope u guys can do it..
