sorry for the lack of updates.
i'll be updating on my mersing trip. i cant wait to get all the photos from alice and miaoster. i got xinyi's already. opps, alice, u can get my photos from xinyi...
haha, last fri, went for my 1st star gazing session in spore. at nus sports field! yay! u know hor, i am really thankful i found some great frens to do this module with. maybe next time i should plan module n timetable with frens. i have a habit not to, because i feel that my frens wont like the modules i am taking. haha asked yaling and yan to take the universe mod with me, but it involves alittle physics...
yar, i am so thankful tat i asked geri for alice's no, wanna ask if i can do the project with her. whee~ like in return, not only did i have a group to do project with, i made 5 new frens!!! cool not??
hahaa, yep... hmmm, star gazing on fri wasnt that fantastic. i tot i would be able to see at least scorpio but i didnt!!! i tot i could see MY MILKYWAY but i didnt. MAN! what is this sia?! everyone in the mersing trip knows i love love the milkyway la. but i could see nothing except for the moon and jupiter.
woohoo! the uber pro uncle, whom i met during the mersing trip came down, tog with aunty carol. arh, the newurban male didnt come down sia. and the uncle is forever sharing his vast knowledge with the rest of the students. his telescope is cool too, it is pointing to the jupiter. and.. woah! i could see the pattern on jupiter la. way cool not?
there were a couple of other telescopes strategically placed on the field.. but the others were capturing the moon. sigh! then practically everyone was trying to take a picture of the moon la. sigh... that means ALOT of pple will be doing on MOON? arh! why i couldnt see other sighting on fri?! =( :( sad leh.
yar, if everyone is doing the project on moon, then i think i can go and die liao. then dr phil bu shi hui sian diao when he read the project? HOW?!
anyway, alice tried her luck in taking a photo of the moon, with her digital cam. it was very difficult because must put the camera lens VERY near the eye piece(apeture) of the telescope and take it la. and... at first, we couldnt find a tripod. then she tried and didnt manage to take..
i wanna keep a moon photo for keepsake. DUH! to let u pple see what i saw during star gazing. so i just went to try my luck. and guess what?
WOAH WOAH WOW WOW WOW!
ONE try only leh! and i took a great photo. sorry, but i think it is great! got details leh. i am quite proud of myself. But hor, later on, dr phil said it is overexposed at some areas... not very good. wah liew, u dunno how sian i became after he said that loh. i got kinda sad la =(
maybe i amateur star gazer and photographer, so i tot the photo i took was damn good. whahaha
wanna see the 2 photos i took not? seemed that pple say the blue one has much more details than the first one. but it is like blur hor? no choice leh. the blue screen was used to reduce the brightness.
ok... let the photo do the talking. hahahaa.... please comment and tag if u think the moon photo is nice leh. i will be damn happy one!
